    When LHS is multiplied by 4, RHS also must be Multiplied by 4. So it should be 4x + x = 60.

  3. There is a mistake at line 2 . When we multiply both sides by 4 , 15 should be multiplied too so the answer should be 60 not 15 .

  4. There is a mistake at line 1 to 2, the mistake is in 15=15 it should be 15*4=60 as both sides must be multiplied by 4.
