### eLearning Lesson 1 Task 1: Choice of Graphs

I thing the pie chart is inappropriate as it is not accurate in depicting the actual amount of places where the weather is.If you look carefully at the bottom, there is a sentence saying that the degrees on the pie chart are extracted from the total that was rounded off( emphasis on rounded off) so it is therefore unreliable if you were looking for exact figures. All the rest of the graphs all depict itself to the accurate number.Hence, this pie chart is the odd one out. It's quite cool by the way on how you can change the weather of south-east Asia with one click. There are even tools to help mainly the teachers o write notes or make circles to point out various points in the map.Even when you refresh the page, the lines still remain. The legend at the side also depicts what weather is it so it is easy to present it in color rather than in those pictures.Actually, there should be 2 legends and not only 1.The one at the side of the pie chart should also be considered as one too.I hope someone may have learnt from this and thanks for reading!

You are bringing in the 'degree of accuracy' into the 'explanation'. What you say is right if we are reporting figures, in particular %, from the pie chart.

On the other hand, try to interpret what does each slice of the pie represent. Would you be able to get some sensible interpretation, based on the set of data given?

Do the same for the other charts provided. Does anyone of them give you some "Strange" interpretation?

Clue: Look at the purpose of the each type of charts.

Try again.
